5. Keteraturan
Keteraturan Moms dalam berlatih yoga merupakan faktor penting dalam menurunkan berat badan.
Untuk melihat perubahan dalam tubuh, penting untuk berlatih yoga setidaknya 4 hingga 5 kali seminggu.
6. Tekanan Fisik
Maksudnya yaitu untuk menurunkan berat badan sangat penting memerhatikan fisik Moms dilatih dalam beberapa cara.
Moms harus melakukan latihan fisik secara rutin dan konstan jika ingin menurunkan berat badan.
Yoga memang membantu dalam peregangan dan penguatan otot dan mencapai fleksibilitas, tapi tidak dalam tekanan fisik pada tubuh, seperti jika Moms latihan kardio dan gym.

7. Periode Waktu
Jika Moms benar-benar ingin menurunkan berat badan menggunakan yoga, Moms harus bersabar.
Dibandingkan dengan latihan tradisional seperti gym dan kardio, yoga membutuhkan waktu lebih lama agar Moms bisa menurunkan berat badan.
Akan tetapi, jika Moms menggabungkan antara latihan tradisional dan yoga ini sangat efektif untuk kesehatan, karena selain bisa menurunkan berat badan juga bisa menenangkan pikiran Moms.
