Vrikshasana disebut pose pohon karena membuat kestabilan dan keseimbangan, yang mengharuskan Moms membuka mata selama melakukannya.
Perlu diketahui lakukannya di pagi hari saat perut kosong untuk memperkuat tulang belakang dan membantu koordinasi otot saraf.
