Yang tak kalah penting, jangan lupa mengonsumsi air putih untuk menghindarkan tubuh dari dehidrasi.

Yoga
Yoga adalah latihan olahraga yang fleksibel, karena dapat dilakukan kapan saja bahkan ketika kondisi tubuh sedang normal.
Studi menemukan, perempuan yang melakukan latihan yoga rutin selama 35-40 menit selama menstruasi efektif menurunkan kadar kecemasan, marah dan depresi selama siklus haid berlangsung.
Namun, perhatikan kombinasi gerakan yoga yang dilakukan.
Sebaiknya hindari gerakan ekstrem seperti membalikkan badan selama menstruasi karena justru akan menambah kram yang menyiksa.
