Ketika menurunkan berat badan, ada anggapan kita harus menghindari lemak.
Akan tetapi dalam kerja sehari-hari, tubuh kita pun membutuhkan lemak lo, Moms.
Lemak yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh ialah lemak tak jenuh yang berguna bagi kesehatan.
Maka saat makan malam, Moms pun sebaiknya memenuhi asupan lemak.
Perhitungan terbaik untuk konsumsi lemak saat makan malam ialah 30 - 35% dari total porsi makan malam.
Pilih sumber lemak tak jenuh seperti minyak wijen, kacang-kacangan, zaitun, dan alpukat.
Serat
Dalam sehari kita butuh 25 gram serat.
Setidaknya saat makan malam, Moms perlu mengonsumsi 8 gram serat.
Tambahkan sumber serat seperti gandum utuh, sayuran, kacang-kacangan, serta buah untuk melengkapi makan malam Moms.
Gula
Moms tetap perlu mengonsumsi gula saat makan malam.
Jangan lebih dari 7 gram untuk keseluruhan porsi makan, kira-kira cukup 1 sendok teh.
Sebaiknya hindari pemanis tambahan agar Moms tak kelebihan konsumsi gula.
