Caranya mudah, Moms. Beberapa langkahnya :
- Duduk
- Tekuk lutut Moms satu demi satu, pastikan betis Moms menyentuh paha Moms.
Pada awalnya mungkin agak sulit, jadi jangan dorong - Moms akan sampai di sana.
- Condongkan badan ke depan sehingga tubuh Moms berada di antara paha dan angkat menjadi jongkok.
- Jongkok di kakimu dan gerakkan pinggulmu ke luar sebanyak yang kamu bisa.
- Gerakkan jari-jari kaki Moms secara diagonal ke arah yang berlawanan dan gerakkan kedua telapak tangan Moms di depan dada Moms (posisi pranama).
- Pegang ini selama yang Moms bisa.
