Berikut adalah caranya:
1. Siapkan tulang ayam atau sapi, cuka apel, garam, air, dan lada
2. Tuangkan 4 liter air, 30 mililiter cuka apel, 1 hingga 2 kilogram tulang, garam serta lada secukupnya ke dalam panci
3. Rebus semua bahan
4. Kecilkan api setelah beberapa menit, lalu panaskan dalam air selama 12 hingga 24 jam
5. Matikan api lalu, diamkan agar dingin
6. Saring kuah ke kontainer lain
