Melansir dari Kompas.com, National Sleep Foundation (NSF) menguraikan sejumlah langkah agar Moms bisa tidur nyenyak dan bangun dengan wajah glowing.
1. Menyingkirkan semua gadget
Gadget atau gawai bisa menjadi gangguan menjelang tidur karena Moms mungkin enggan melewatkan berselancar di media sosial atau menonton film kesayangan.
Karena ponsel bisa memancarkan cahaya biru terus menerus ketika digunakan, ini bisa menghambat pelepasan melatonin, hormon untuk menginduksi tidur.
Moms juga disarankan untuk mematikan lampu agar tubuh memahami kalau waktu istirahat sudah tiba.
2. Mandi dengan garam epsom
Setelah bekerja seharian, mandi menjadi salah satu hal untuk membuat tubuh rileks.
Apalagi mandi berendam dengan garam epsom selama 15 menit bisa membantu tubuh menyerap manfaat dari magnesium sulfat.
Garam ini akan mengobati radang sendi, psoriatik, sembelit, nyeri dan bengkak, serta insomnia.
