Sebab, makanan ini berkontribusi pada penambahan berat badan dan juga membuat Moms rentan terhadap beberapa kondisi kesehatan.
Tidur teratur
Tidur tepat waktu dan selama 7-8 jam juga penting untuk menurunkan berat badan secara keseluruhan dan membuat wajah Moms terlihat lebih ramping.
Kurang tidur dapat meningkatkan kadar kortisol yang merupakan hormon stres.
Hormon stres bisa membuat peningkatan penyimpanan lemak yang bisa membuat wajah bengkak.
