1. Latihan otot punggung
Untuk melakukan latihan ini, Moms memerlukan alat berupa selimut dan bantal.
Pertama, duduklah di lantai dengan kaki lurus, beri jarak antar kaki 5 - 10 cm.
Gulung selimut dan letakkan di bawah lutut.
Sementara bantal diletakkan di atas kaki, lengkungkan tulang belakang perlahan, dan tekuk tubuh bagian atas ke depan hingga kepala mencapai bantal.

2. Rendam kaki dengan garam epsom
Ketika garam Epsom larut dalam air, ia terurai menjadi magnesium dan sulfat.
Magnesium dikenal dapat mengendurkan saraf dan melepaskan kejang otot.
Jadi, ketika Moms merendam kaki dalam rendaman garam ini, kulit menyerap bahan-bahan rileks yang membantu meredakan sakit punggung.
Moms cukup menambahkan setengah cangkir garam epsom ke dalam baskom atau ember berisi air panas.
Letakkan kaki di baskom dan rendam di sana selama sekitar 5 menit.
Setelah selesai, bilas kaki dengan air hangat dan bungkus dengan handuk atau selimut.
