Plié leg lift
Jika Moms pernah mengikuti kelas balet, plié leg lift adalah gerakan yang cukup "menyiksa" area paha.
Moms tidak membutuhkan peralatan apa pun untuk mengerjakan gerakan ini.
Caranya:
1. Awali dengan posisi tubuh setengah berjongkok,buka kaki selebar bahu, lutut sedikit ditekuk, dan bawa kedua tangan ke depan dada.

2. Dari posisi setengah berjongkok, dorong pinggul ke belakang, lalu angkat badan sembari luruskan kaki kanan ke samping.
3. Jaga keseimbangan dan kembalikan tubuh ke posisi awal.
4. Ulangi kembali gerakan yang sama untuk kaki sebelah kiri. Lakukan gerakan secara bergantian selama satu menit.
Single-leg bridge
Workout mengecilkan paha pantang untuk melewatkan gerakan bridge.
Gerakan ini dapat memperkuat otot paha belakang, gluteus, dan pusat tubuh.
Moms bisa menggunakan alat bantu matras untuk melakukan gerakan ini.
