1. Oats
Oats terbuat dari gandum utuh dan mudah Moms temukan di toko terdekat.
Biasanya Moms akan menemui oats instan dalam kemasan sachet yang tinggal diseduh dan menjadi bubur.
Selain air putih hangat, Moms bisa mengencerkan oats dengan susu segar atau yogurt.
Oats yang mengandung serat tinggi bisa Moms tambahkan buah atau kacang sebagai topping agar lebih menyehatkan.

2. Roti
Pilihlah makanan yang terbuat dari gandum lantaran mengandung banyak serat.
Hindari menggabungkan roti dengan makanan asin seperti keju keras atau daging olahan.
Moms bisa mencoba selai kacang, keju lunak, atau buah pisang.
